Challenges and Problems Faced
·Needs a proper application system to manage and monitor KPIs, sales activities and events of the branch offices in different regions.
·Need to improve the sales team’s efficiency, effectiveness and performance, so to expand market share and enter new markets.
·Needs a flexible and scalable system to facilitate the continuously developing subsidiaries.
·Developed a solution dedicated to pharmaceutical customer relationship management which is based on Force.com clouding computing platform for Takeda. The new system helps monitor KPIs, sales activities and events.
·The system can capture major sales activities, including sales calls to doctors, key information delivery, promotion materials usage, promotion activities implementation, doctors and hospitals grading, doctors’ workload, doctors’ product loyalty level, and internal sales statistics and sales quota.
·Built up an Electronic Territory Management System (ETMS) to help Tekeda effectively and flexibly manage complex territory assignments. ETMS is a common issue of the pharmaceutical industry, a major difference compared with most of other industries.
·All kinds of reports and dash boards can be easily created in the system.
